Who We Are...

The American Diabetic Support Group began as a small family owned company with a mission to provide superior customer support, and treat our members as a “part of our family.” Over the past 10 years, we have been proud to provide diabetic testing supplies and therapeutic shoes to thousands of individuals with diabetes. As our “family” has grown, we have continued our mission to treat clients with kindness, respect, and knowledgeable customer support. The growth of ADSG has enabled us to reinvest in the company, and offer enhanced services for our members.

Education is vital in controlling this complicated disease. We recognize the benefits of diabetes education and are proud to have our own Certified Diabetes Educator on staff to assist you. Our diabetes newsletters arrive with each shipment and keep you posted on new diabetes developments. We have recently expanded our team of Licensed Certified Pedorthists to offer therapeutic shoes to a larger geographical area. At ADSG, we believe in staying on top of the latest advancements in blood glucose monitoring. Our staff receives ongoing education to assist you with the “hands-on” operation of these new products. We strive to make home testing simple, convenient, and meaningful for our members.

How It Works...

If you are a Medicare recipient with diabetes, we can help you get the benefits for which you are entitled. Medicare Part B pays for your choice of diabetic testing supplies. We will deliver your diabetes testing supplies right to your doorstep every 90 days. Under the therapeutic shoe bill, you may be eligible to receive one pair of therapeutic shoes, and three pairs of fitted inserts (orthotics). The shoe benefit is available every calendar year. Generally there is no cost to you, but deductibles may apply.

It just takes a phone call to ADSG. We do the paperwork, contact your doctor and pay for your shipping. No more waiting in line or filling out forms!

Home monitoring made simple...

When you enroll with ADSG, we deliver the diabetes testing supplies that your doctor prescribed directly to your home, and bill Medicare on your behalf. There is no up-front, or out-of-pocket expense. The only payment you are responsible for is your insurance deductible and/or co-payment if it applies. When it's time to re-order, we will contact you to make sure you have the supplies you need to continue monitoring your blood glucose.

Therapeautic Shoes keep your feet "feeling wonderful"...

Once every calendar year you are eligible to receive a new pair of therapeutic shoes and inserts. We are pleased to offer new shoe styles and colors each year. If you received athletic shoes last year, you may want “dress shoes” this year. Our Licensed Certified Pedorthist will measure and fit you with the optimal shoe (size and style) to keep your feet feeling wonderful. We strive to provide the best environment for your feet. Walking is a great exercise and helps your body use insulin more effectively. We encourage you to wear your therapeutic shoes and be an active person! Just like ordering supplies, the only fee you may have to pay is your deductible. And if you already have met that cost for the year, you may pay nothing at all.

We fill out all Medicare and insurance paperwork for you and submit the forms on your behalf.

You pay nothing up front*, if you have qualified supplemental insurance, you may owe nothing at all.
We send your supplies according to your doctor's instructions right to your door with no charge for shipping.
When it's time to reorder, we will remind you. So you don't have to worry about running out of supplies.
If you want therapeutic shoes, we make an appointment with you at your home to properly fit you, and then take care of the doctor forms and billing here too.
